Food Addiction...

Food Addiction...

Although food addiction isn't officially a condition.....yet. 

The feeling that some foods give us is pretty damn amazing!

(especially foods like chocolate or cake) 

  

Food gives us this 'reward' or 'pleasurable' feeling when we eat it...

 

Typically, it's sugary and salty foods that give us this. 

 

THE DOWN SIDE....

 

The more often we eat these foods....

 

The body starts to become numb to this pretty damn good feeling! 

BASICALLY...

 

This leads us to eat even more of these foods in order to get that same good feeling.

 

(why do you think we ALWAYS want to eat another biscuit after eating one?)

 

Long term, as you can imagine....

 

This causes weight gain!

 

THE GOOD NEWS....

 

This can ALL be reversed!

ALL OF IT!

 

That's right, basically minimising ALL sweet and salty food cravings!!

(sounds too good to be true doesn't it)

  

No cravings would make "dieting" a damn site easier right? 

(It's not done by eliminating these foods, that doesn't work)

  

It simply comes down to deciding to make a choice...

 

A choice to seek guidance on HOW to achieve it. 

Receiving some planning and advice specific to you. 

(success with weight loss is simply a side effect from this)
